1. Stagger your stance, placing your weight on the lead foot.

2. Raise your back heel. Put your hands overhead.

3. Bring your hands down while driving your rear knee up to meet in the middle.

4. Quickly return to the starting position.

1. Place your hands on your hips. Bend at the waist as far forward as you can go.

2. Pause in this position and squeeze your abs for a 3-count.

3. Come back up to a full standing position.

4. Bend back as far as you can go, then immediately return to the start position.
